Once known as Whootsie Tootsie, Amnesia is a small place with a dark-red interior and nice hanging red lights. On a warm day it's a great spot to sit outside and watch the boats on the Herengracht. The menu is unlike most other coffeeshops in Amsterdam – offering more non-commercial varieties.
